As a member of RBC’s Group Executive, Mike sets the overall strategic direction of RBC. He also serves as Chairman of RBC Bank US, and is a director of City National Bank. Mike is the founder of RBC Ventures, which is focused on re-imagining the role RBC plays in their clients’ lives. He joined RBC in 2010 from Capital One in the U.S. where he served as Executive Vice President, Consumer Banking Segment. He also held executive positions with Charter One Bank and Citibank during his 25 year career. Mike is a graduate of the University of Delaware. He also sits on the board of directors for Futurpreneur Canada and is active supporter of Right To Play and other local charities. Mike was recruited for the Advisory Board in 2019.
