Jennifer Lee Koss
Founder of BRIKA, Partner of Springbank Collective
Jen is a Juilliard-trained cellist, a mother of four young children between the ages of 10 and 3, and a graduate of Harvard University, Oxford University, and Harvard Business School. She has spent the majority of her professional career focused on the consumer and retail sectors having worked over a decade in management consulting, investment banking, and private equity before starting a retail agency BRIKA in 2012. She is also a Founding Partner of Springbank Collective - a coalition of values-aligned investors, corporations, and non-profits directing capital and resources into building the infrastructure that supports all women and working families to eliminate the gender gap. Jen has been involved in Right To Play since its early days, helping with fundraising and business strategy, event invitations, connections to prospects, and more. She is married to the Founder of Right To Play, Johann Olav Koss, and was recruited for the Advisory Board in 2017.
